Larry Callahan Bag Mold

As reviewed in the Nov/Dec 2009 issue, here's the steel bag mold made by Larry Callahan of Missouri. You can see part of the size numbers stamped near the sprue cutter. It works very well and is a good representation of 18th and 19th century molds.

  1. This is exactly what I've been hunting since I found out that Rapine Molds are no longer being produced. I have modern molds but would like one of this style to use at events. How can I get in touch with Mr. Callahan? Anybody know an email, website, or facebook? I can be reached at grizzly@bearcreekmuzzleloaders.com

  3. What calibres are made, any idea?

  4. Larry makes any caliber you want. Standard sizes are less expensive, but if you want an odd size, that's no problem.
